SEGWAY TOURS - Rules

Segway Tour participants must be 13 years and older.

Minor under 18 years of age are allowed to participate on tour only if they are accompanied by an adult (legal guardian).

All participants (legal guardians) are required to sign our Liability Waiver Form before every tour.

Helmets and safety high visible vests are provided free to all tour participants. Theitr usage is not mandatory, it's only recommanded.

Minors under 18 years of age must wear helmets and high visible vests all the tour time.

Segway Tour participants must weight between 100 and 250 pounds.

Appropriate sport wear and equipment such as hat, sunglasses, rain ponchos etc. is recommended.

Wearing high heels is strictly forbidden.

For their own safety, pregnant women are not allowed to take part on Segway Tour.

Company reserves a right to reject providing its services to every person who is not able to operate the Segway PT or seem to be drug addict or drunk.
